POUR cool buttermilk into a 12 quart mixing bowl and add Pioneer Golden Flake Biscuit Mix. MIX with a paddle on low speed (#1) for 30 seconds. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and roll to a uniform ½ inch thickness. CUT with a floured biscuit cutter. PLACE on a lightly oiled or paper lined sheet pan with biscuit sides touching.
