Preheat steamer, place unopened bag in perforated hotel pans. MICROWAVE: Microwave 1 bag thawed for 15-17 minutes, frozen for 25 minutes. Cut 1 inch slit in center of bag. Frequently pause microwave periodically to manipulate product. Cook on high. Turn frequently to prevent scorching. STOVE TOP: Boil in bag for 25-35 minutes if thawed, 35-45 minutes if frozen. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Completely immerse unopened bag in water. Return water to simmer, rotate bag for even heating. CONVECTION OVEN: 325F for 20-25 minutes if thawed. Cooking from frozen is not recommended. Preheat oven. Coat half-size hotel pan with non-stick spray. Remove potatoes from bag, arrange thawed potatoes in pan. Cover with lid or foil. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water before cooking for creamier product. Stir before serving. Note: Ideal serving temperature is 170F.
