Description
POTATO GNOCCHI WITH RICOTTA CHEESE Preparation instruction: Drop frozen Gnocchi into rapidly boiling water (6 quarts to 1 pound of pasta). Salt if desired. Stir gently to prevent sticking. After water returns to boil, cook for 4-7 minutes and until the internal temperature is 160F or higher. Drain and serve with sauce or butter and grated cheese or in a cold salad. Do not rinse.
