With a hint of refreshing mint, it is equally delicious as it is, fried or grilled, since the high melting point allows Halloumi to form a delicious golden crust. In Greece DODONI Halloumi is available in super market chains in airtight packaging of 225g. Abroad, it is available in airtight packaging of 225g and 250g. In Cyprus you may find both DODONI Halloumi in airtight packaging of variable weight.
