MICROWAVE: Microwave 1 bag thawed for 17 minutes, frozen for 25 minutes. Cut 1 inch slit in center of bag, cook on high, turn frequently to prevent scorching. STOVE TOP: Boil in bag for 25 minutes if thawed, 45 minutes if frozen. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Completely immerse unopened bag in water, return water to simmer, rotate bag for even heating. CONVECTION OVEN: 325F for 20 minutes if thawed. Coat half-size hotel pan with non-stick spray. Remove potatoes from bag. Arrange thawed potatoes in pan, cover with lid or foil. Stir before serving Note: Ideal serving temperature is 170F.
